For Teens and Adults
Art4Healing classes: Art4Healing is a method of exploring one's emotions resulting from trauma, grief, stress, or really anything through art. Structured workshops are used to promote enlightenment and healing. No need to be “a real artist” to participate. We will create 3-4 abstract paintings using q-tips and sponges- no paint brushes allowed! All supplies are provided.
